1. Rules
The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the prescriptions of US Sailing Assoc., the rules of the Club 420 class (except those altered by the Sailing Instructions), and the sailing instructions.

2. Schedule of Events

Saturday Nov. 15	Sunday Nov. 16
9:00- 10:00 Registration	10:00 Tow leaves SDYC
10:15 Competitors Meeting	11:30 First Race
10:30 Tow leaves SDYC dock	No start after 3:00
12:00 First race

3. Fees
Entry fees in the amount of $30.00 should be made payable to San Diego Yacht Club for the regatta. If you are not already registered for the 2003-2004 Perry Series, and you wish to register for the 2003-2004 Perry Series, an additional $25.00 entry fee to payable SCYYRA and a separate Perry Series registration form must be completed.

4. Scoring
The Low Point System of the RRS Appendix A will apply. Seven (7) races will be attempted. There will be one throw-out if four (4) or more races are completed. The Perry Series scoring shall be based on the official results of each regatta tabulated against other Perry Series entrants.

5. Eligibility and Boats
Participants shall be members of the 420 Class Association and Class legal 420s must be sailed.

6. Sailing Area
Approximately one mile southeast of Zuniga Jetty

7. Sailing Instructions
Sailing instructions will be available at registration.

8. Prizes
Trophies will be awarded to the top three teams.

9. Extras
SDYC Junior Sailing will host hot dogs and burgers on Saturday after sailing.
