1. RULES:
The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the prescriptions of US SAILING; the rules of the 420 Class (except as any of these are altered by the Sailing Instructions); and by the Sailing Instructions.

2. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Cook-Your-Own dinners are available Friday. Breakfast Sunday morning.

3. FEES:
The entry fee is $30.00 payable to the Cabrillo Beach Yacht Club (C.B.Y.C.) for this regatta. $25.00 entry fee to SCYYRA for the Perry series.

4. SCORING:
The Low Point System of the RRS Appendix A will apply. Nine (9) races will be attempted. There will be one throw-out if six (6) or more races are completed. The Perry Series scoring shall be based on the official results of each regatta tabulated against other Perry Series entrants.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND BOATS:
Participants shall be members of the 420 Class Association and Class legal 420s must be sailed.

6. SAILING AREA:
Inside the Federal breakwater, west of LA Light.

7. SAILING INSTRUCTIONS:
Sailing Instruction will be available at registration .

8. PRIZES:
Trophies will be awarded based on the number of entries.
