North #1 Fall Regatta ABYC October 4-5, 2003
North #2 Jr. Commodores Regatta MBYC November 1-2, 2003
North #3 Junior Invitational SDYC January 10-11, 2004
North #4 Spring Gold Cup NHYC March T.B.A, 2004

Note: All of these regattas are A Fleet through C3 Fleet races. The North Series is a cumulative scoring system and is limited to A Fleet sailors.

Eligibility, Entry, Entry Fee:
Open to all Junior Sailors who are members of INSA. Must be a member of an SCYA or SCYYRA member club. Entries must be filed with the North Series Chairman with entry fee for the series. Entries must also be completed for each individual regatta IAW each regatta’s NOR. There will be a $20 entry fee payable to SCYYRA.

Class Membership:
All skippers must be INSA class members.

Rules:
Each regatta will be governed by the RRS 2001-2004, the prescriptions of US Sailing, North Series Rules as published in the SCYYRA Handbook, INSA Class rules, this NOR and the Sailing Instructions issues by each host club.

Scoring:
Low point scoring system, A2 will apply with 20 or more races scheduled. A DNC will be the total number of entries in the series. DNS, DNF, and DSQ will be based on individual regatta number of starters. Throw outs per the series rules are in the SCYYRA Handbook
